Returns and Refunds
At The Vape Store we offer a 2 day returns policy on all orders - To use this option all returned items MUST be UNUSED (Liquids, Coils and Drip Tips - UNOPENED) and still in their original packaging with all the original items in place. We will only accept returns within the store so that a visual inspection can be made on all items (This includes any orders originally purchased online). All returns will either be exchanged with another product or given a credit note for use in the store or online at a later date.
Warranty Returns - If the item you have purchased seems faulty then please contact us at immediately on info@thevapestore.com.mt or call one of our Retail Outlets and we will advise on the particular items Warranty period
Charger Ports - Tanks - Coils - Glasses - Drip Tips and all other disposable parts are not covered by the Manufacturers Warranty
This warranty is to ensure that there are no MANUFACTURING Faults within your new device - Usually if there is an issue then it will show its self within the first few weeks - For this we will replace immediately after the fault has been diagnosed and identified.
