It is composed of food flavorings and propylene glycol. You'll dilute it from 20% in a 50/50 base to make e-liquid for electronic cigarettes. You can use a base with a different PG/VG rate, it will allow you to adapt the dosage accordingly.
You'll find it in a 30ml bottle with a childproof cap and a dropper tip for easy making of your DIY e-liquids.
As it is a concentrate, it must be diluted in a PG/VG base of your choice before being used in your electronic cigarette. It cannot be used as it is.
